jeez
i don't understand why people on the phone have to be such meanie pants especially when you're trying to find out information on how a process works. if i knew, i wouldn't be calling, would i? if you're answering the phone, part of your job is to answer questions, NICELY. so don't make me feel stupid by taking on a condescending tone and being snippy just because you might not like your job.
