postcards
i collect postcards, specifically, postmarked postcards, and not just postmarked from anywhere, but from that particular place.anyway, i got one from someone last week and i didn't know who it was from. it had my name and address and all it said was "HERE". i knew a few people who went to hawaii around the same time and thinking it was one of my more smart ass friends, i called him and the conversation went as such...
linden: hello
me: hi. (not so happy)
linden: oh hey, what's up? did you get my postcard? i remembered to send it.
me: i guess. not that you cared to write anything. (in a very accusing tone)
linden: what are you talking about? i wrote something!
me: "here" does not count as something.
linden: what? are you sure it was me?
me: yea! who else would it be??
