yay!
my mummy and daddy are coming home today! i am going to pick them up at LAX this afternoon. yay! they go to china way too much but i can't complain because they are happy. they feel like they're making a difference and that's so important.today is going slow. i think because i'm looking forward to my parents coming home. mark isn't providing me with any good stories.
i made cupcakes last night. 55 of 'em + a grip of mini ones. my roommate asked me for help because of a work thing she volunteered to bring cupcakes for. the only thing is that when she tried to make cake based on my recipe, it didn't work. the cake turned out more like poundcake. anyway, we made them and they looked so pretty. vanilla cake with chocolate frosting and chocolate sprinkles. the only thing i didn't make were the sprinkles. i ain't that crazy!
