shoulda woulda coulda
i shoulda bet on last night's game. i woulda if i coulda. i just didn't have the inclination nor did i know where to place a bet. the day before, on the news, the anchor people were saying who would win and by what. they all bet usc would win by 6, 9, etc. so i thought, somebody has to cheer for texas and said texas will take it by 3. plus, i am a product of the UC system. if anything, i should be cheering for ucla but they weren't exactly in the running this year and you can't cheer for their enemy, sc. it also helps that it is matthew macaskdjfowiejfslid's team. i can't spell his last name for peanuts.impromptu dinner last night with francis, tommy, and kay. we met at barnes in the marketplace. i was sitting there reading a magazine when someone sat next to me. i looked over and said, "hi tommy." he didn't recognize me!! i didn't change THAT much with getting older. then we went to claim jumper. i kept making the texas longhorn sign and they were all rooting for SC, especially kay. that was funny. i am glad to have gone instead of having sat at home doing nothing. :) i think i ate more of tommy's dinner than my own (mmmm... cornbread!). good stories, lots of laughs. thanks guys, i had a lot of fun!

glad you had a good bday. couldn't have let u sit at home not watching the game ... boo on that game ... we shouldn't have left claim jumpers, they were winning when we left. oh well. anyway, see u tomorrow!
