weekend
i had a pretty relaxing weekend. i liked not having to study or do any type of reading.i didn't do much friday, in fact, i can't remember what i did on friday. saturday, woke up early to play golf with my brother, chris, and my brother's friend. it went pretty well!! i didn't mess up too much and it was fun even though it did get rather hot toward the 18th hole. we went to lunch after and it was funny b/c my brother had to walk around in his golf shoes since chris had left early and his regular shoes were in chris's car.
saturday night, i didn't have any plans and around 7ish, i decided that i'd probably like to go out but the problem was, with who? i did a mental run through... my friend was at his soon to be brother-in-law's birthday celebration, kay & company were in vegas, cicely & jay were in vegas, my girl friend from school was in vegas, my best friend was in the valley... so i called aaron. i guess it didn't matter that he was the first person i called because he said, something along the lines of, "wait, you're calling me at 7 o'clock on a saturday night to see if i want to go out, tonight??" i guess he didn't feel very wanted or special. hahahahaha... oops! i hadn't really thought of it like that. he WAS the first person i called. doesn't count that i had mentally run through where everyone was beforehand.
went to kay's birthday pool party/bbq on sunday with my friend. oh, we are dating but i am still calling him my friend. anyway, it was a lot of fun and of course, i got to eat my sprinkles cupcakes. so, my friend is no longer snuffy. kay, you'd best take my side on this. granted, certain individuals who like to call him snuffy have not yet met him (dex, pia, lovette) but he's not snuffy!!! eileen met him and how often do i get to see her? even audrey met him! so there. no more snuffy.
