long weekend
the weekend was supposedly long but it felt extremely short. this week is gonna be a drag.turkey day was great. my brother and i ate at home with the 'rents. i made a pretty good spread for dinner: turkey, garlic mashed potatoes, stuffing, asparagus, salad, cornbread, and crescent rolls. all from scratch, mind you. no boxes or cans for me!
friday was great because not only did i get to go to a ducks game, the ducks won against detroit!! awesome game too! we were up 2-1 and then in the last 1:42 of the 3rd, ducks got a penalty (totally uncalled for and lame --a general theme throughout the game for the dang penalties against the ducks). detroit pulled their goalie so it was 6 on 4 BUT, Hedstrom scored a third goal on the empty net and it wasn't even from across the rink, it was up close and personal. andy mcdonald and teemu selanne each scored a goal. ducks won on sunday against chicago too! please, please, pleeeeeeeeeeease let the ducks realize what they are capable of and please let them use that to kick butt for the remainder of the season!! anyway, i think mcdonald and selanne are great on the same line.
saturday and sunday spent chillin, reading, studying a little, and sleeping a lot. i think the sleep bug has hit people or something. not usually like me to sleep all day. grey's anatomy was great! alex is scum, burke & cristina are cute, meredith needs to eat something, derek is dumb, and the rest are just peachy.

Yes, Meredith is too skinny. And she's acting a tad bit slutty, although if she were a man, she'd be getting high fives all around.
I know, societal norms suck ass don't they?
Oh yeah, I'm glad u liked that quote. Love can be a scary thing.
i really hate alex and if burke gave me a key, i would so take it. he's hot. i want him.
