whoop dee doo
i think i must be one of the very few not excited about the time jumping forward. it's dark when i leave for work now. bummer.this weekend was pretty cool. i helped my parents save the tadpoles. amazing how many there were. got most of them out, put 'em in a bucket, and went down to drop 'em off in the creek. it was cool. saturday i worked with my parents and then i went to mina & danny's wedding shower. they had some neat games. one of them was to write advice on a card using the word that was written on it. my word was "untie." now, i wasn't thinking pure thoughts or serious advice when thinking of what to write but jerome's phrase worked out perfectly with what i was thinking. the "advice" I gave was "don't forget to untie him when you're done." i didn't realize mina and danny were reading them out loud. anyway, turns out it was their favorite one so i won but then mina's dad was looking around for me so i said to pia, "good job dana!" how embarrassing. oh, outside, eileen and i came across the sweetest most friendly cat. i think she is still a kitten but so adorable and sweet! i wanted to take her home but eileen said she probably belonged to someone. well, that someone didn't put a collar or license on her so it's their own fault if she gets taken!
sunday i worked at GAP. that was cool too. but then i went home and ate a phat dinner (not so good) and then i mowed through a bunch of chocolate (even worse). i couldn't get to sleep after that, ended up going to sleep at 2:30 am and waking up at 6. i'm really really sleepy right now.
